Saw this on the way to tennis, and apologies for the potato pic. The top red line is the bottom of the bumper, and the lines on the bottom are where the wheels touch the road. For reference's sake, I am sitting about 0.75 feet lower in my Prius.

It's actually an Outback sedan. I think they only made them for a year or two. They're definitely goofy looking.

My first (and last) time coming across one was when I was searching for my first car. I drove it then decided it wasn't for me because it looked too damn weird and I could have found an actual Legacy in the same price range. I ended up getting and OB wagon eventually haha

Outback 3.0R Sedan.
2005-2006 only. 3.0R flat-6 engine and 5-speed automatic only. Cancelled in 2007, along with the Legacy wagon... all sedans were Legacy, and all wagons were Outback after that, at least in the US market. Other markets still offered more choices.
Before 2007, it was also the only way to get the 3.0R flat-6 engine in the sedan body, the lower Legacy sedan was flat-4 or turbo flat-4. After 2007, the 3.0R was offered in the lower-height Legacy sedan, and 2010+ had the 3.6 liter engine in the current, soon to be replaced sedan body.

I was actually wondering if I could drop a 2JZ or something in my Prius haha. Not sure if it'd work though.
